Cadred's Top 10 European CS:S Teams
@ Scene news channel

Here we go guys, November's European CS:Source rankings are finally here!

Using the same method as the last few months, we've collated the opinions of numerous top players to provide you with an (admittely opinionated) list perspective on how the best teams in Europe slot in together.

We've got a few changes this month, as well as 2 new entries. I think this month reflects the activity of teams a bit better, which a lot of people have complained about recently, with Allianz, 4k and Magnetik all dropping places. Anyway, enough talking, let's get to the rankings!

fnatic

Although fnatic remain the #1 team in Europe, the gap has most definitely closed, with Mint getting worryingly close points wise. However, despite fnatic's somewhat less dominating month, they are still considered the best team in Europe, which just goes to show the calibre of the team and the faith the community has in them. proph

London Mint

Following their win at i32, with convincing results against teams like fnatic and Reason Gaming, they have truly shown they are one of the best. They are flying to LA this week to see how they can compete on an transatlantic scale, which will undoubtedly effect their rank next month. jon0o

Meet Your Makers

MYM are one of the teams who have consistently been at the top end of these rankings for a while now. Despite losing to Logitech in the Eurocup the other day, their team is overflowing with skill, and when they put their mind to it they can pull off some exceptional results. eXce

Berlin Allianz

Berlin Allianz have gone down two ranks this month, after a 2nd place ranking in October. However, this is not really a reflection of their skill as much as their activity. Since the CGS they haven't had any official results, either online or offline, and their rankings are beginning to show this. Fifflaren

Stockholm Magnetik

In a similar scenario to Allianz, Magnetik have failed to have any results recently and have gone down in rank because of it. However, their skill is undeniable, and once they start producing the results they're capable of I'm sure they'll shoot back up. Haz

Reason Gaming

Reason Gaming had an impressive finish at i32, coming 2nd and beating some very good teams in the process. All this was done with an (at the time) temporary replacement, and now they have some stability I'm sure they will continue to grow. Fetish

Four Kings

The first Finnish team to grace this list, 4k are a team who have a lot of respect in the community, partly for their dominance in the past under the Insignia Cadre name. Despite having no official results under their new organisation, a fair few of their players recently played in the SGL's CSSi, where they finished 2nd, showing the calibre of their play individually. aNgeldust

Alternate Attax

For the second time in a row aTTax have been the only German team to make this ranking. They have fallen one place this month, though I wouldn't take this as a reflection of their drop in skill. With teams like Reason improving so much recently, Attax have a task ahead of them if they wish to keep up and maintain their rank in future months. Head

Team Logitech.fi

The second team in this ranking, with a surprisingly low placing, considering their recent win over MYM. However, not all the voters will have seen this already and I have a feeling they would be placed higher if they had. Although they haven't played much recently, their Eurocup run is showing how far they may go, and I foresee them pushing top 5 in the near future. nashje

WebOne

For the first time in the rankings existence, a French team has breached the ranks! With a win over fnatic at Digitalsace, it seems the community has faith that this was more than just a one-time thing. We'll have to wait and see whether they can replicate results of this calibre in the next few weeks to decide whether they've earned their placing. rFlex

Outsiders

This month's closest outsider was last month's #9, Birmingham Salvo. With a disappointing result at i32, and some questionable results in the SGL Rapid Play league, they will have to do well at LA to climb back up. Behind them by one point was eSuba, who seem to consistently be pushing for the lower rankings but never quite making it. The other teams who got votes were Copenhagen eSports, mTw, infused Gaming, Ebuyer, hausfrau and H2K, who have managed to get 1 point, despite Pez' best efforts to fold the rankings.

We've had a fair few changes this month, with a fair few movers, and a fair bit of controversy in certain points. However, as always we encourage your input (and are currently working on a system to incorporate it better), so let us know what you think in the comments and we will do our best to reflect it in future. Thanks guys, hope you enjoyed reading it.
