Hey Quiver. Tell us something about yourself and your teammates.

Hi, my name's Tom "Quiver" Griffiths, and I play for Complete Control. My teammates are Techno "blue screen of death" Dearlove, Debaser "not as tall as I expected" Flynn, MadDave "blackbeauty" Roper, and Tucker "scouse bastard" Hynes.

How well have you guys prepared for this tournament?

I'd say we're pretty well prepared generally. We've done a lot of strats on most maps, and we've had a lot of games recently. Of course we're better on some maps than others, but I'm not gonna give away which ones just yet...

Where are you expecting to finish?

We'd be pleased with 9th-12th but ideally we'd like to finish in the top 8 and earn a bit of money.

Where are you hoping / expecting to be seeded?

We expect to be seeded in the top 12, and with a bit of luck top 8. However, you can neever tell with seedings until they're released, so it could go either way.

Who do you see as your biggest threats

I think the top 3 will be fnatic and the two CGS teams, London Mint and Birmingham Salvo. I think faxzup will have a bad LAN because of the circumstances they're playing under, and the TUP PC's will have a big effect on it. Reason could upset and take Mint's spot, but Salvo just seem too strong on LAN. However, they've had a recent roster change so I doubt they'll be on top form.

You guys have a bit of a reputation as "onliners". How will this affect you going into the tournament?

Well yeah, it does add a bit of pressure to us. However, if you look at our past we've all been to LANs before and done okay. Techno finished top 8 at i31 with mySKi, and was consistently one of the top fraggers. Tucker went i31 and carried his team (sorry felix! :P), as did Debaser. MadDave...well, he doesn't top frag online either, so no problems there, haha!
