The news that Marcus 'Delpan' Larsson would be leaving fnatic came as a shock to everyone, however the team have been quick to find a replacement, in order to accommodate the new player though they have been forced to swap another of their players out.

With Delpan well on his way to SK Gaming - despite still being contracted to fnatic - the team have been testing various new players but the one who stood out more than any other was their former teammate and fnatic old timer Rasmus 'GuX' Stahl, the man who was left in the lurch when the former fnatic team was split down the middle. He will be making his return to the organisation just a few months after linking up with team Lions. He has moved on a free transfer whilst fnatic have granted Lions the same, should any of their players wish to join the organisation in future.

After choosing GuX the team felt that there was still some balance issues and in order to fix the problem they have also chosen to part ways with Faruk 'pita' Pita. The team and the player have stated that they have left on excellent terms and the organisation have thanked Faruk for his professional attitude throughout - and after - his time within the organisation. The man tasked with filling his shoes is none other than former a2g player and highly rated up and comer Manne "manne" Nordqvist.

Manne "manne" Nordqvist said the following to fnatic.com:

I am very happy to be given the opportunity to play for one of the most respectable teams in the world. I will try my best to help my team remain in the absolute top, and I'm looking forward to the first event with the team. I would also like to wish my old teammates in A2G the best of luck and thank them for our time together.

Rasmus 'GuX' Stahl added:

It's with great pleasure I have been given the opportunity to join fnatic again after all, this is the place where I belong and I could not be any happier than to be right where I am today. The next tournament coming up is dreamhack and I hope that all of you fnatic fans out there is gonna be cheering for us and last but of course not least I would like to thank all of my friends in Lions for a really great stay.
