Danish side über G33KZ just got a whole lot lighter, as AWP star Kristoffer "gravity" Søholm steps down to make way for one of the hottest prospects in Danish CS:S.

Kristoffer has been part of über G33KZ since the early days and played a key role in the teams success back in 2010, their biggest win coming at the CPH Games against all the odds. Shortly after the tournament him purityyy left the team due to time constraints. For months afterwards the team failed to scale the heights they had done with the original lineup despite trying many different players. Kristoffer and über G33KZ were reunited towards the end of 2010 and have been together since then.

The team have been struggling since then and after numerous average placings at major international event they will be forced to make changes once more as he steps down to concentrate on his exams. Replacing him will be none other than Rene 'cajun' Borg, a player who seems to be in high demand at the moment given the fact that only two weeks ago we announced he would be joining the new-look team SpeedGaming. In one foul swoop über G33KZ have strengthened themselves whilst weakening arguably their strongest challengers for the Danish crown, whether or not it will work out on the International circuit remains to be seen but they are confident of doing damage.

Team SpeedGaming's Allan "Rejin" Petersen said the following to Gaming.dk:

Today we have some sad news. Rene chose to leave the team for a spot in über G33KZ. Normally one would probably be angry and bitter, but I can honestly say that I was kind of expecting this would happen.

Before we went Cajun and JOKERN in, I was prepared that it might just be to look good on paper. And yes it was unfortunate what happened as I think we could have achieved a lot with this team, it's a shame that it will not happen.

What will now happen with SpeedGaming? Well we continue faithfully and hopefully we can introduce a new player to the team before too long.

I'd like to wish good luck to Renee and say thanks for the time although it was short but amusing and instructive.
