The Spanish based Counter-Strike tournament has finally announced details regarding it's 2011 event, which will again see it feature a €22,500 prize purse for Counter-Stike alone.

The event is set to take place between the 22nd and 24th of July and will host up to 16 teams, a smaller amount than previous years that saw the attendance of 28 teams. Last year's event saw fnatic win by powering their way through the group stages and then battle it out all the way to the number one spot. A similar format is expected for the tournament this time around however it will have less groups made up by a smaller number of teams.

It is to be held at the Bilbao Exhibition Center and with it boasting quite a healthy prize purse it goes to show that Counter-Strike might not be declining as much as people may have anticipated.
