The tale of the tape, we are pleased to bring you the team statistics courtesy of the formidable SkillTracker system here at theSGL - making every shot count! The top ranked five players for each team are listed below and averaged out to show the teams relative skill levels over the league stages of the event. Please note whilst this shows the teams best five players according to SkillTracker it isn't an attempt to predict the probable line up for this tie. Also for those of you who have been complaining the stats are wrong and dont match up to the ones shown on the player tabs, these are the stats for matches played in this event only (the ones on the player profiles are for EVERY match played at theSGL in total)
These team averages here may be closer than many of us suspected, NOA's total in particular made me go back and check I hadn't made a mistake as I was expecting something a little higher from the Swedes. There is of course an amount of daylight between the two teams here and Ebuyer do bring up the rear where the pre qurater final stats are concerned heartcan be taken of course that there is still time to improve those figures and should they do so then it surely bodes well for their chances if hitting a semi final spot against Cadred on Tuesday.
As to the teams and the way the statistics add up here the NOA team do exactly what it says on the tin as they have fielded just five players in this event, Ebuyer have used one or two players more but their totals were less than the listed players and as such were not included in this comparison.
To see charts plotting the ups and downs of the performances turned in by each player just click on their name above. This will also show you stats for selected weapons, defuses, bomb plants, five man take downs - pretty much everything you could want to know.
For more info on how these statistics are created and collated check out the FAQ page on our SkillTracker section.

Starting off this campaign as Adastra, Team NoA have had an impressive run to this stage of the tournament with a straight running flush of wins peppered with a couple of default wins and "that" match against Insignia Cadre (Read yesterdays post for details on that spectacular encounter).
Other than that game there hasn't been a great deal to touch the Swedish juggernaut as they trampled the rest of their opposition under foot - these guys are going to take some stopping. The nearest anyone else got to them was the 16-10 defeat of Auxilia now it is the turn of another English team to face off against the Eastern Invite winners.
We tracked down Fifflaren from Team NoA to get his view on the first three quarter finals, the epic on Tuesday that has everyone looking for new words to do it justice and his thoughts on the matter of their own bid for the £5,000 first prize:
"Well playing against Cadre is always a fun thing to do, theyre a great team and great guys, im looking forward to play them if we win over Ebuyer tomorrow. I think that our chances vs Ebuyer is pretty high, as people know we have been playing alot because of CGS and Ebuyer is pretty inactive, even though it's CGS rules it's still about getting the bomb down and winning those rounds. The other games in the quarter finals have been pretty okay, 4kings vs Esuba was a great game.. but frankly, i think that esuba should of had that game.. they had the lead on both D2 and train but fucked up bigtime, but they played a great game and people will look out for them in the future. The other games wasn't really of an interest, we kinda knew that Cadre would win fairly easy and that aTTax would come out being the better clan so really no suprises."
Stepping up to the plate come Team Ebuyer resplendent with their shiny new logo (sorry guys the other was a little dull wasn't it - my bad). Possibly the most telling fact in this match up is the 16-05 loss to NoA suffered by Ebuyer in the second match of the season on de_contra. Due to a lack of foresight whilst using our Euro servers for the first time there were no stats recorded for this match, but given that the NoA line up has remained the same and will contest this tie as keenly as they did previously.
Much like Infused before them, Ebuyer go into this tie with the distinct title of underdogs and will have to seriously step things up to challenge their opponents tonight. Make no mistake they are up against one of the favourites to take this title, this doesn't mean they can't win though, it just means that the whole team is going to have to be on top of their game and not make any mistakes if they are to triumph here. Good luck to both teams (and as an Englishman to Ebuyer in particular).
kird took a good look at the upcoming tie and gave us his thoughts on what he thinks is likely to go down in the last of the quarter finals:
"Other quarter finals seem to have gone according to the book but eSuba did take 4K down the wire. But then again they're a new team and once beta gels with the rest of them, I'm sure they'll be far more difficult to beat. As for playing Cadre, it's not really a realistic possibility for us. We only made the playoffs because AuxiliA folded and even for the NoA game it won't be an actual Ebuyer team playing. I'll be quite surprised if we get any substantial amount of rounds off NoA on any map, but nevertheless we'll try our hardest!."
