A new update to the essential server plugin Zblock has been released

Released: zBlock 3.2.3 (10PM, August 23, 2007)

- Numerous cosmetic improvements
- Added notify to phys_timescale
- Prevents zBlock from loading more then once
- Round start notification, if VAC is disabled
- Client command "zb_help" added
- RCon command "zb_ko3" added
- Fixed display issue with zb_netinfo
- Prevents use of IgnoreRad
- Added consistency check for files in "|GAME|/scripts/"
