Fnatic needed only one map to win the title, having stayed in the Upper Bracket all the way to the end. Four-Kings, on the other hand, having been knocked down in the Upper Bracket final by fnatic overcame Team Zboard, and therefore, coming from the Lower Bracket, needed to win the first two maps in order to go away with the First Prize.

It was always going to be a tough match for the Four-Kings squad, not helped by losing key player Ritch a fortnight ago, and in the end they were simply outclassed by the dutch players.

The match was broadcast live on Multiplay TV, from the Finals Arena in Newbury.
