For the third year running, TyLoo will be representing their country at the 2011 World Cyber Games after winning the Chinese qualifier.
The qualifier took place at the Everbright Convertion & Exhibition Center in Shanghai and saw China's best present to battle it out for the chance to attend WCG 2011. In the end, TyLoo came up against the newly formed eFuture team that consists of members that formerly had played for wNv.
It was not an easy journey for TyLoo despite them having a 2-0 victory over their competitors in the final. The first map, de_train, was neck and neck throughout the entire game with it coming down to an all tied up 14-14 scoreline, but TyLoo managed to squeeze the last two rounds out of the bag.
Map two, de_dust2, told a similar story however this time the match came down to a 15-15 draw, meaning overtime would decide the victor. Unfortunately for eFuture, TyLoo took the win meaning they would take the WCG spot.
WCG 2011 China final standings:
TyLoo - $6,200 + Slot at WCG 2011
eFuture - $3,100
AVATARS - $1,500
