If you already have a clan account on theSGL you can simply sign up to the event on
this link. If you do not have an account on theSGL and wish to take part in this event then you will need to complete the following steps. First
register yourself on the website. You now have a player account and can access your
control panel where you can
register a team. Please ensure at this point that you select CSS as the game the team plays. Once you have registered your team you can add players to you roster simply by visiting the profile page of the player you wish to add and clicking the link underneath their name "invite user to join XXX team". Once the player accepts they will be added to your roster.
All matches in the
Intel Core 2 Extreme Challenge will be played on servers provided by theSGL running at 100tic and crucially at 1000fps for the perfect gaming experience. All matches will be played with an admin controlling the match and under the auspices of SGLac (our state of the art anti cheat client providing screen shots and process checks amongst "other" things) ensuring a fair and cheat free game for everyone.

As well as SRCtv demos of each match being made available immediately after each match there will be live and exclusive coverage of this event by our good friends at QuadV who will be streaming high quality video and audio streams of the matches with commentary from Jay, Redeye and Joe amongst the rest of the QuadV commentary crew. If you miss the match don't worry either - you can simply sit back and pickthe game of your choice form their content on demand section where you can watch the game of your choice right when you want to watch it.

For those of you unfamliar with our Skilltracker system on theSGL we also offer a comprehensive statistical analysis of each game and present stats for each player taking part in each match. You can find the Skilltracker section of the site here and prominent links are on each match results page taking you directly to the stats for that match.
Each match also has SGLp betting attatched to it so you can bet points on the outcome of a match and the player with the highest number of points at the end of the tournament will recieve a prize.
