Reason-gaming have announced an All UK CSS Team. This means the

Haz and

ferus have come to a mutual agreement to step down from the team.
Official reason statement:
Championship Gaming Series will be structurally based in five regions around the world - North America, Latin America, UK, Europe and Australia/Asia/Middle East. Each region will host online qualifiers and live tournament events to determine the teams which will represent each area. From those competitions, twelve champion teams will emerge and compete in the league's Grand Slam round. Grand Slam winners, both individuals and teams, will advance to the Championship Gaming Series World Championship, which will be hosted in the United States.
"The Championship Gaming Series has the potential to transform the professional gaming industry," said Frank Cooper, vice president, flavoured soft drinks, Pepsi-Cola North America. "As a founding partner of the series, Mountain Dew sees this as a unique opportunity to redefine our role in the world of gaming, supporting a unique initiative that enables gaming enthusiasts get closer to the latest technology.
Many of you already know about the upcoming CGS tournament, where the winners will receive a paid salary to play CSS, and most of you will also know that the UK has its own qualifier, separate to Europe's. This means that the UK qualifier, in our own opinion will be much easier to win and very beneficial for all of our players. The Reason CSS team all had a long talk at SHG Open about this, and came to the conclusion that the 2 Swedes, Erik 'HaZ' Holm and Markus 'Ferus' Stenmark would leave the team and prepare for CGS themselves along with a certain number of talented individuals, and the Reason CSS team would pick up two new top UK players to give themselves the best chance possible of taking home the CGS trophy some time this year... We wish HaZ and Ferus all the best of luck, and thank them for the great times we had while playing with each other! Line-up will be announced soon. This leaves Reason.CSS with a lineup of:

A short interview with

Tom "
url" Chenery:
Hello Tom, are you looking inside the CSS scene, or possibly to 1.6, or quake for players, and does clanned or unclanned matter to you?
Whether they are clanned or unclanned really doesn't matter to us, same with CSS/1.6/quake, we will be taking on the peak of the UK CSS scene, they have to fit our needs as a team and be high quality players, it really doesn't matter about their background as long as they have established themselves has top quality players in the past.
What do you think is holding back the UK CSS scene in comparison to the other big country's in Europe?
Well, if you look at the UK scene, there really are only two teams that compete with the European scene, that is 4K and us... The rest of the UK really isn't up there with these teams, but however they could be as long as they put in the effort and want to win ;)
What are Reason.CSS's main plans for the next 6 months
Well, we will be attending LAN's as usual, with our new lineup, lans such as lan79, Ebuyer lan and i30... Our main focus for this year is CGS, as we believe getting paid to do what you love is more important than anything... and the reason movie will still be coming!
Thanks for the interview url, I hope to see reason flying the British flag over a 1st place trophy very soon, any shoutouts?
Thanks to you too! Shoutouts go out to all of Reason, our managers Adam and rG, our sponsors Gladiator-Computers.com and SteelSeries, steg and xiphrex, and goodeh <3.
