Not content with rescinding their spot in the ESL Pro Series, tt.dragons have added a second squad to their ever expanding roster of players.

Earlier in the year Thermaltake announced that they would not be renewing the contracts of their all-German EPS team, choosing instead to look overseas for a team to represent them at major international events. Their search didn't last too long before they came across the latest "superteam" put together by forgotten VeryGames duo Richard 'shox' Pappilon and Edouard 'SmithZz' Dubourdeaux and decided they were the perfect fit. It seemed for a while that the organisation would therefor be dropping out of the EPS entirely to focus on the international scene, however it has now been made clear that was never the intention.

The organisation have followed the lead of mTw in picking up a second German team to play alongside the big-name international side. This means that Thermaltake will remain in the EPS and with their new-look lineup they should shoot straight to the top of the pack at title challengers. Former Alternate trio Patrick "mEiJin

" Kriebus, Nico "sYrox" Strott and Nils "ej" Weber return and they will be joined by ex-Thermaltake star Marco "FzD" Sorrentino. Completing the lineup will be René "biwo" Derwing.

Jens "Blackadder" Witt said the following to ttdragons.com:

To keep on playing in the ESL Pro Series was the right decision for Tt Dragons. It was not easy to find a team but in the end we found a real good one. A few players already have played for us in the past and all of them know what it takes to be successful. We are happy to have them with us and all of us will enjoy the coming season as one team.

Patrick "mEiJin" Kriebus added:

Today is the day that a lot of "old-timers" are returning. sYrox, ej and me are CS:S veterans from the early days.The lineup will be completed with FzD and biwo, both of them having a lot of experience as well. hnx will be our backup as 6th player. We are happy to be a team that is not just working together ingame but are good friends in real life as well. We are thankful that Tt Dragons belief in us and are looking forward for the time together.
