Although it may be hard to believe the title of this thread isn't a thinly veiled attack on the age and hardware requirements of 1.6. You can actually play the game on your mobile phones.

Now that's out the way and I've hopefully avoided being reprimanded and psychologically assessed by the "1.6 Police" I'll get down to the details. Thanks to the hard work of Russian mobile community 4pda fans of the grandfather of Counter-Strike will now be able to play the game on the go on a select few mobile phones. The downloadable mod, which features the latest version of 1.6, bots and allows for online play is available to everyone running certain Android, ARM and GL systems.
