IEM’s Sao Paulo Starcraft 2 tournament kicks off tomorrow with the group stage. You can keep track of all the action here at cadred.

Groups A and B of IEM Sao Paulo start the event off tomorrow, making for a more fun Wednesday than the usual monotony of small online daily cups. SuperNoVa is the man to watch and foreigner fans live in hope that perhaps he can be overcome, but the smart money says no. One notable change to the event is that the Peruvian player Fenix has been forced to cancel his attendance at the event at the last minute. Not much is said about the reasons for his cancellation at the official event page, but in his place will be DakkoN. DakkoN is a Brazilian Zerg player, and although it’s likely that he might not be of the calibre of some of the guys at this event he was one of the few available options due to the very short notice. In the qualifiers for the event he himself lost out to Fenix in the quarter-finals. This leaves Group D as an all Zerg affair.
