Keeping up with the Starcraft 2 professional scene can sometimes rely on going off of rumors, and that's exactly what this is. Somewhat of a tease by Mr. Chae, the tweet hints at a large tournament this year.

Again, yet another murky rumor that's been circulating the circuit the past few hours, Mr. Chae has sent out a tweet early this morning saying for professional players to ready their international flights for (what's assumed to be) a huge tournament. Taking to Twitter in the past, many high profile figures in Starcraft 2 have gone the route of teasing their audience to spur some sort of hype for whatever they're about to announce, and in this case the community's leaning towards possibly some type of championship during the upcoming winter months (as in South Korea, Winter really strikes when we have Spring). Yet again, I can't stress enough how this could all be just some teasing going on between Mr. Chae and a few others, but the potential is very real. Another huge tournament from GSL or some other Korean league may make a huge impact on the Starcraft 2 scene. It'll be interesting to see what comes of this in the next few days or so, but for now all we can rely on is just this tweet.
