The american league and newssite GGL has just made an very interesting interview with Jason Lake, owner and founder of compLexity.

In the interview, we get to know how Jason Lake manages to have control over compLexity, his law firm, and still taking care of his family. He also says that he is always spectating the team's practices.

Here is a little taste from the interview:

How do you keep your guys in check? You see somebody playing some World of Warcraft...do you threaten them and tell them: "Hey, if you don't keep it up I'm gonna kick you and sign Irons?"

Basically, I watch every one of our scrims. I watch nine out of ten scrims..I go in the server and spectate every scrim. It says to them that I care, that I'm following what's going on. I'm following who's playing well, so there's less slacking off when the boss is watching practice every night. It's like a football coach on the sidelines.
