Weekly CS:GO? Thanks ESL!
@ Scene news channel

As the release of CS:Global Offensive grows ever closer (just one month away now) the ESL have upped the ante with Go4CS:GO, a series of weekly and monthly cups.

Powered by CM Storm, the company will be hosting weekly CS:Global Offensive cups with a €100 prize purse, the cups will be open to everyone and anyone but the ESL have stated that they will no longer be handing out keys to people who are without, meaning you must have beta access to take part. Teams who take part in the weekly cups will earn ranking points depending on their placings and each month the top eight teams will be invited to take part in the finals, with a total of €500 up for grabs.

The first of the cups will begin on Sunday, July 8th and signing up couldn't be easier, all you have to do is head over to the following Page. Given the expected popularity of the tournaments teams will have to confirm their participation 30 minutes before it gets underway, teams who fail to do so will be replaced by the next on the list.

Although a relatively small prize purse it's regular competition like this which paves the way for a successful e-sports title, and whilst trying to remain as un-bias as possible, it'd be nice to see plenty of people participating. Stay tuned to Cadred.org for future updates.
