Day 4 of GamesCom has started which means the Starcraft 2 tournament has entered elimination stage with only 12 players left in the tournament.

With the unusual 12 player advancing to play offs, ESL have awarded the four group winners with a BYE for their first play-off round. This will ensure those players a top8 finish considering the bracket will be single elimination. All playoff matches will be played as best of five until the final, which is best of seven.
