IPL5 has just released a poll that will allow the Top 16 participants chosen to be able to fight it out in numerous group stages and battles between one another to become a World All Star competitor.
Yet again IPL5 will provide entrance to the prestigious Global Starcraft League World All Star tournament in South Korea via a poll. It's simple enough: the top participants selected will battle it out in several layers of games, determining which ones are able to attend and which will fall. Here, allow IPL to explain themselves below.
IPL details the situation about the polls:
Basically, we have constructed two polls, one for Europe and one for the NA/SA/SEA regions. The top 16 vote-getters of each poll will play in a separate single-elimination, bo3 qualifier tournament for a chance to play at the World Championship in Las Vegas on November 29th - December 2nd. The top three European qualifiers will move on to join the World All Stars, and the top two NA/SA/SEA qualifiers will join as well making a total of seven players. Every member of the World All Stars will receive free flights and hotel stays to IPL5, as well as entry into the IPL5 Main Tournament.
Easy enough right? Right. Good, now that you've watched every tournament in 2012 that's been streamed, studied up on your Starcraft 2 players and gotten enough games played to consider yourself an expert at the game, it's time to act like an official voter in a presidential election and cast your vote for your favorite player(s). Despite the voting system being flawed (you can vote one time for every time you clear your internet cache/history and re-open the browser), it'll be interesting to see where this goes. So, only one question remains, Cadred:
WHO WILL YOU VOTE FOR? Let us know in the comments below.
