CPH Games: Casters Revealed
@ Scene news channel

The organisers behind the Copenhagen Games have unveiled the casting line-up for the CS:Global Offensive tournament.

We're a little over 20 days away from what's set to be the biggest and most exciting CS:Global Offensive tournament to date, and with each passing day the hype continues to build. While all of the European heavyweights will be in attendance the event in Denmark has also managed to attract interest from across the Atlantic, with both Curse and Quantic looking to cause some upsets ahead of the return leg in Texas this April. The tournament will be open to 32 teams in total, with half gaining entry via a direct invite and the other half having to battle their way through the on-site BYOC qualifier on the opening day of the event.

What good would it be having all of the worlds best and brightest teams without a collection of commentators capable of generating the sort of hype and excitement an event like this deserves? That's a question the guys behind the Copenhagen Games feel they know the answer to as they unveil the casting line-up for both the male and female CS:Global Offensive tournaments, with four different casters from four different countries being flown out to cover the event on-site. The name most likely to get your juices flown with be the American Corey Dunn, whose most recent gig was at Dreamhack Winter. He will be joined by fnaticTV's Niels 'RizC' Topp, the man we had in Milan Simen 'warclown' Aas Henriksen and QuadV's Lauren "Pansy" Scott.

The promotional video above was released earlier this evening and should be enough to get your juices flowing ahead of the tournament. Remember that Cadred will be on-site in Copenhagen providing you with all of the coverage you could dream of, so stay tuned!
