BuyKey were considered one of the dark horses of the tournament in the run-up but failed to live up to expectations and shortly afterwards chose to go their separate ways. It hasn't taken long for some new teams to rise from the ashes though, the first one being Avengers. BuyKey duo Sabry "malikinovic" Belkhiter and Nicolas "niko" Deckers have chosen to remain together and they've sought the help of former Imaginary Gaming AWP'er Arthur "h0rks" Moulet and ex-eXtensive star Robin "GMX" Stahmer.
Completing the line-up is a man making his first tentative steps into the CS:GO scene, Fabien "KIOSHIMA" Fiey. The former 1.6 player has represented the likes of 3DMAX and e2g in the past and has played alongside both Steeve "Ozstrik3r" Flavigni and Michel "mshz" Nguyen, so his pedigree can't really be called into question. Whether he will transition well into the new title remains to be seen but Avengers feel they've got a team who can mix it up with the best.
Arthur and I had not been on a team for a while, so we decided to return to activity with malike and niko, formerly of BuyKey, and KIOSHIMA, who comes straight from 1.6 (ex-3DMAX).
We are looking for an organisation to support us in our projects, with the first one beieng Gamers Assembly in Poitier at the end of March.
