Now that the CODQCUP has reached the end of Groupstage#2, its time to prepare for the single elimination round #2. Winner of each group continued straight to playoffs and the numbers 2 and 3 from each group will have to go through this single elimination round of 32 teams to proceed to the playoffs. This means there will be 32 teams in the playoffs competiting for the prizes.

This single elimination round, once again, will be played with the Bo3(Best out of three) method. That means both teams select one map from this map poll: mp_crossfire, mp_backlot, mp_crash, mp_vacant and mp_citystreets, and if the score after those two maps is 1-1, the teams will play the third map, which was selected to be mp_strike.

The matches will be played on tomorrow, Thursday 17th January at 19CET.
