After a month break, Cadred's European CS:Source rankings have returned.
I'm anticipating this to be one of the most controversial rankings so far, as for the first time since creation, there's no clear cut ranking which everyone is following. We don't even have a clear winner, with two teams tied for first place. However, bear in mind when reading it that it is voted for by the best of the best, and we do everything in our power to make it as fair as possible. Anyway, hope you enjoy it, and take it with a pinch of salt.

The Teams
The first team to knock fnatic off the top for a long time, it will shock some people, to see 4k ranked so highly. With a Eurocup win and a so far succesful ED tournament, there's no reason not to give it to them. However, they are not the clear cut winners, with Berlin Allianz tied on points.
I'll be honest, I'm somewhat surprised to see Allianz ranked so highly here, and despite their undeniable skill, I see no real reason to put them at joint top. However, the rankings are decided by the top players in the scene who obviously have more insight into it than me, and Allianz must be playing well recently to instill so much faith from their peers, so congratulations to them.
Sitting once again at 3rd place, there's not much to say about MYM that hasn't been said 30 times before. I've made it perfectly clear how I feel about them in the past, so all I can say is well done I guess.
After a very succesful run in LA, coming home undefeated, Salvo have proved that they really are one of the best around. However, this is countered by their questionable performances in less important games, showing that although they can step it up when needs be, they don't show the same interest in every match. If they can build on this in the future I'm sure we can see them hitting the top few positions.
The king is dead! After the longest run at #1 in the existence of the rankings, fnatic have finally been dethroned, and knocked down to 5th place. After a few roster mishaps due to CGS, they continued to attend every LAN possible, but failed to maintain their previous success. Despite getting podium finishes in a multitude of LANs, it seems their lack of dominance has earned them a drop in rank.
After finishing 11th in 3 or 4 separate months, eSuba have finally stepped it up and proven they can compete with the big boys. Although there have been some questions about the legitimacy of some of their players recently, their results speak volumes, and they have grown immensely as a team recently.
This positioning somewhat shocked me, and in my eyes, shows that top players don't know everything either. Despite working for London Mint and really liking (and rating) all of their players, they were not included in my ranking, because from where I'm standing they don't exist as a team at the moment. Although I obviously can't go into details, the majority of the scene knows their situation at the moment. However, they did finish succesfully at i32, and have got a lot of experience in the team, so congratulations on their 7th place finish.
Quite a few people said to me when I was collecting the information for this ranking "Logitech are by far the best skill wise, but they need to prove it before I can put them at top". This kind of sums up why they're here, in 8th place; Not because of their skill, but because of their results.
After finally finalising their roster only a few days ago, Reason Gaming have done well to get inside the top 10, despite dropping 3 places. Their roster is full of potential, but they're yet to prove it since their changes. However, a good finish at IG5 could change this and put them in a good position for next month.
The final new entry in this somewhat unexpected ranking, Team Ebuyer jump in. Despite having an unproved lineup, they have already instilled confidence in their peers and earnt the final spot in our Euro top 10. With a lot of plans for upcoming LANs, they will look to build on this, and validate their position over the next few months.
Outsiders
The 11th and 12th places were tied, between Stockholm Magnetik and Alternate Attax. The quality of these teams shows how incredibly close the rankings are at the moment, as they have been high ranking in the past few lists.
Thanks to the players who contributed their rankings, and to felix for the write-ups.
