Europe's largest LAN center, Omega Sektor Birmingham, has announced it's own online league, the Omega Sektor Professional League, or OSPL for short. This league will feature competitions in Call of Duty 4, Counter-Strike: Source and Pro Evolution Soccer, and include cash prizes and LAN finals.

We’re pleased to announce the OSPL is now at the sign-up stage for both CSS and COD4 and we will be looking to take on UK teams from both games for the upcoming season. We fully expect to be up and running in approximately five weeks and we’ve already taken signups from some of the best teams in the UK right now after we handed out personal invites.

The league will be offering cash prizes for the winning teams, in addition to hardware prizes for individual players who stand out from the crowd, these prizes will be announced shortly.
