Cadred.org has firmly established itself at the peak of Counter-Strike: Source and Call of Duty Four coverage, to continue to maintain the high standards we aim for here, we're looking to expand almost every single part of the site.
First of all, I'd like to announce a new feature which we need help with getting off the ground,
Matches, a way to easily display, log and catalog all the recent scores in high profile games, as well as give advance warnings of upcoming fixtures to watch, without the need for a newspost. With the current admin team we do not have nearly enough resources or wide enough of a view of eSports to make it the defenitive place to look for results. We are looking for enthusiastic people who have the ability to spend a couple of minutes a week adding any results they know of.
The demo section is still still in it's infancy, yet it's proven to be popular way for Europeans to have the kind of access to the professionals as North America has had with gotfrag, we're looking for anyone to upload demos of top players and top games, be it tournament admins, eSports fnatics with a large collection or a movie maker with demo's to spare.
Scene writers are the foundations of most eSports sites, and Cadred is no different, as a scene writer you have the responsibility to keep the community up to date with anything significant in the scene, a roster change, a new league. As a scene writer you can do as much or as little as you want.
Bullet pointed information goodness!
Anyone can, and should apply. I don't care about past experience (although obviously I'll be much more interested if you have some), I care about enthusiasm, passion about your game.
You can put in as much or as little time as you want. You want to write one article a month? Perfect. You want to write eight articles a day? No thanks, I'm out of a job.
It's not a thankless job. Writing offers you the chance to attend the biggest events (on our wallet), interact with top players, and be at the cutting edge of the entire eSports scene.
You don't need to be English. Basic english is required, but we welcome all nationalities, we have editors who will correct any mistakes.
HTML knowledge is not required. We have options in our CMS for both HTML and non HTML posts, whatever suits you!
We're not just a CSS site. We're expanding our Call of Duty 4 coverage daily, with the goal of being the best resource for the community, want to write about CoD 4? We want you.
