The current title holders, London Mint, attend i32 as the surprise underdogs, with everything to prove with the new teammate Ritch, and the stand-in HaZ complicating things even further. I caught up Tom "url" Chenery for some Q&A.

Hey Tom, can you clear up all the confusion regarding your roster, who will be attending i33 to represent the London Mint?

Hey, our lineup for i33 will be myself, HenryG, Hughsy, ritch and HaZ.

So are you confident going in as title defenders, or do you feel with a different lineup it's impossible to know?

We are always confident going into an event, there's no other mentality to have if you want to win... We all know that with the players we have we will have a good chance of winning i33, it's just a matter of how we play on the day.

So how come WilzOOO, who was playing with you at IG5 is not with you for i33

Well, when we were discussing i33, it turned out WilzOO simply couldn't attend, and I am not at liberty to discuss why, so we called up our good friend HaZ who is always there for us, he paid for his flights and ticket so he was ready to go, and then WilzOO told us that it turned out the dates were kind to him and he could attend, but we didn't want to let HaZ lose alot of his money, and we knew Salvo needed mercs, so we told WillzOO that he could play for Salvo at this event, but only to impress of course!

Very generous of you, with CGS dates yet to be announced, how much of a priority is i33 to you?

We treat every event with the same mentality, we are there to win and will try as hard as we can to acheive that, so I guess i33 is a priority, there's alot of money up for grabs, we have been practicing for a solid fortnight with Erik, and as soon as i33 ends we will ofcourse start training with WilzOO from scratch ready for the Combine.

Would you like the door fix on de_nuke?

Tough to say really, I guess having the fix allows for teams to focus their strats more on the door, which is imba if you manage to get down and plant, whereas not having it will make the map more CT sided, where teams will need to have good strats for the other choke points in the map... Whatever it is, we will be prepared.

Do you think your preliminary fifth seed is fair?

If I'm honest I expected us to be slightly higher up, we won the previous i-series and came 2nd at IG5, but then again you could argue that our lineup has changed even slightly since those events, so yeah I guess it will do.

At IG5 reason gaming returned the favour for the your defeat of them in the final at I32, do you think you can reverse the roles once more?

Yeah sure, LAN is all about how you play on the day, we had a pretty poor event at IG5 if I'm honest, even though we came second alot of our results were too close for comfort, if we are on top of our game we can deffinitely send Reason home, but ofcourse it works the same way vica versa.

What are your top three predictions?

A top 3 is too hard so I'm going to give you a top 5, any of whom can win it - Mint, Reason, Attax, 4K and Salvo

How is HaZ fitting back in to the lineup so far?

HaZ has played with us all alot before, so there is no problem with him fitting back in, hes an exellent player and a brilliant friend, what more could you ask for??

Out of the i32 winning team, and the team going to i33, which team do you think is stronger?

Tough question, I believe the i32 team was far more prepared, we'd been playing together for months and had many effective strats, however for skill and ability I believe this team is stronger, let's just hope we can all play to our potential.
