Cadred.org are attempting to organise a coach to take UK gamers to Lan79!

This should work out considerably cheaper than flying or getting a eurostar, plus it will go right to the venue, and you'll get to travel with all the other gamers!

We are not looking to make *any* profit on organising this at all, and our staff who will also use the coach will pay the same as everyone else - we are purely attempting to organise a very useful service.

The cost we are looking at is £2,800 for 48 seats - this is travling from Birmingham early on Friday (event starts on Saturday), then leaving early on Monday.

This means that, depending on how many people wish to use it, costs will be:

48 People	£58/person
40 People	£70/person
30 People	£93/person
20 People	£140/person

Compare this to Eurostar price - minimum of £65/person - going up to £155/person if you want a flexible ticket, and up to £225 for a more comfortable seat - and that is just going to paris, several hours away from the venue.

With this coach you get to take your PC and suitcase with you easily, get taken straight to the venue, and get to travel with other gamers!

The coach will start at Birmingham (probably around 7/8am in the morning), then travel down towards dover - most likely with stops to pick up people at Birmingham/London/Dover.

There are already quite a few teams interested in this, but we need more active interest - SOON - as we would need payments recieved from teams within a week or maybe two.

Remember, we have 48 seats - if you wish to bring a team and a manager (or several managers) - that is fine.
