B is for... Breakfast

This was a massive decrease from the last LAN79. Does anyone remember the epic cake/bread? Yeah, that was gone, and with nowhere open at 10AM teams were left to eat at the hotel, or for those without a hotel, not at all. I need breakfast.

C is for... Cadred Coverage

Overall I thought the coverage was very good, my investment in a Nikon D40 seems to be defenitely paying off, and I thought we had some really good pictures. Scores were for the most part updated instantly. My gripes were the site speed, and the reluctance of some teams to be interviewed, yeah fnatic, that means you. Overall one of the best events so far, but so much to work on.

E is for... eSuba

Was it ever going to be anything else? They needed to prove themselves this LAN and did that and so much more. A pleasure to be around, and they'll do Reason Gaming proud.

F is for... Final

An anticlimax, H2K looked outclassed. After some insane matches on the way to the final it just couldn't live up to expectations, 3000 spectators on SourceTV though, a new record.

G is for... Guns4Hire

Yeah, they underperformed, at what point do they actually start performing? This teams in dire need of a good string of results to make people realize that they can actually reach their potential.

H is for... Hostel

Never again. The first nights sleep was spent in what must have been some kind of school. Complete with bunk beds and toilets which smelt like a gas leak. I had the top bunk, Corin had the bottom. I was left attempting to sleep on a "sausage" pillow, with a sheet for a duvet in the coldest night of the year for me. Woken up at 5AM by a french person screaming "Taxi!", never again.
