The Team Fortress 2 community has waited a long time for this moment, but it has finally arrived. The ETF2L is doing a full-scale Nationscup similiar to the currently running football Euro Cup with group stage and playoffs, while the ESL decided to only host a 8 team warmup cup, preparing for their large Nationscup later this Autumn.

Here at Cadred.org we will provide you with latest results and information to both upcoming events!

ETF2L Nationscup

The ETF2L Nationscup will feature 16 teams from all across the world fighting their way through the competition during July and August! Teams will be divided into 4 groups with 4 teams each, the top 2 of each group will advance to the playoffs.

If against one´s expectations more than 16 teams sign up, the ETF2L will do a "Pre-Round" between smaller countries.

The following 12 nations have already signed up with the ETF2L:

• 22.-30.6. - Sign-Up-Phase
• (1.-6.7. - Pre-Round)
• 1.-31.7. - Group Phase
• 1.-31.8. - Playoff Phase

The ETF2L has promised a big special coverage for the event, so expect something to be announced soon.

ESL Nationscup

The ESL is taking a different approach with their Nationscup. Taking into account all the leagues and big qualifiers coming up in July/August, they have decided to postpone their big Nationscup to Fall and do a 8 teams warmup cup instead.

The Tournament will be held as double elimination and best of three format in early July. Be sure to head down to the ESL page for detailed roster information on all teams.
