We caught up with FeTiSh from Team ROCCAT following their Dreamhack Winter 08 win in Counter-Strike: Source.

Hey Henrik, how did it feel to win your first event straight after joining the ROCCAT organisation?

It’s great, but this wasn’t one of the big events so its not that huge.We aim to win every tournament we attend, it might not be possible but we'll do our best!

You breezed through every game; did you ever feel at any point that you'd get given a close match?

We expected AIMAZING and GIAL to do better or at least give us a hard time but we got the important rounds and that kind of ruined it for them. On another day we could have lost those rounds making the games a lot closer.

You said this wasn't "one of the big events", with the new Roccat backing can we expect you at an I-series event even if the prize pot stays the same?

A big event in terms of teams attending, which was my point. I don’t regard I-series as a big event. DreamHack is massive and professional for the CS 1.6 players, I-series is just a BYOC event; the prize pot isn’t the key point. It would be awesome if I-series sorted an invite tournament (like DH) with decent pc's, servers, settings etc. I don’t know whether we'll be at the next I-series event or not.

So what’s the plan for the team now with the Christmas period and beyond being relatively quiet for Source?

We'll be playing the rest of our EMS games after that we'll see what happens in terms of LAN’s/tournaments. We haven’t got planned anything yet.

How was the dreamhack atmosphere this time around?

It’s always good here, the sourcebasen crew is awesome and really helpful!! There's like 12.000 people here or something! But this being a BYOC event we're forced to sit with terrible chairs and tables, that might be the only bad thing about the event.

Which player outside of Roccat impressed you the most?

frozt, no doubt about that. He’s still really young yet he is able to save his team, playing wise and with an amazing aim. Good with both ak, m4 and awp. I am pretty sure he'll be one of the better players in EU next year.
