ESL have released the list of the participants of the EMS IV.

The list includes forty-eight teams coming from more than twenty different countries, with twelve of these 48 teams already qualified for the groupstage.

Four teams got directly invited to the competition, as top four teams in the last season: VeryGames (winners of the last edition), RedLine (runner up), Reason Gaming and mTw, respectively placed third and fourth.

The other 12 teams will qualify through the Qualifying Round 1 and 2; details about the fixtures and schedule are yet to be released.

As we've already reported, the prize money for the Counter-Strike: Source competition hasn't changed from the €3.000 of the last edition, with €1.500 going to the winners, €900 to the finalists and €600 to the third.
