Well, another i-series gone, and traditionally that means it roster roundabout time in the UK. First off the press, with another news post due later, are Veritas Gaming.

Over the past few months Veritas have been rising in profile steadily. This can be illustrated by the fact that a few months ago when fixtures were released for the ESL EMS Playoffs one user commented “wtf? VeryGames, Reason Gaming .... Veritas... it just looks weird”. Compare that to the recent European top10 article where another user was, maybe optimistically, mooting them for a spot in the top 10.

Indeed they did themselves no harm at last week’s i36, beating their seed by edging out Fragmasters Toxic. However, things are not always as rosy as they seem, and rumblings had been doing the rounds that Shadowman was not happy. This was confirmed today as it was announced that Shadowman will be leaving the team and the team will be considering their future.

Raisins gave me the following statement

Now that we are back from LAN, we are faced with the all too familular roster changes. We are no different with ShadowmaN. Over the past month or so, he has made it clear he hasn’t been happy with css or the team and wants to stop playing to find motivation or find another team. Things don’t look to great atm, trying to find the right 5th will be hard, especially with the short space of time we have and seeing as we have so many games to play in the next month or so it will certainly be a rough time. All we can do now is wait to see what happens, and hopefully things will turn out for the better!. But in any case i would like to wish shad the best of luck with whatever he does <3.
