Veritas call it a day
@ Scene news channel

After a successful i36, followed by the disappointment of Shadowman leaving, Veritas have decided to call time on the team and go their seperate ways.

The other day I wrote of how Shadowman had left Veritas here. Unfortunately, subsequently the team have decided to go their seperate ways.

Its a sad day for the UK scene as these guys were the product of months of hard work, both individually and as a team, and had shown that you don't have to be part of the "clique" to do well.

I approached Richard "raisins`" Shepherd for a statement on the matter:

Hey, well today is a sad day for me and veritas, we have decided to part ways as their current css team. Since the departure of shad we have been thinking of who would be suitable to join, we have tried a few people but nothing really clicked which is quite annoying. The people we ideally wanted are involved in the current "UK Roster shuffle" we are currently witnessing which has affected a fair few teams. There were talks of atleast carrying on with eps and ukesa, but the current motivation of some players is just at an all time low and would be unfair as people just wouldnt be happy playing.

I think most players are gunna float around for abit mix and chill out and just see what comes along, my self will carry on and see what comes about, hopefully something nice will pop up and can get back to competing

That being said i would like to thank every one in the team espcially jai <3 big thanks to crosland and bond who got us to the lans! really nice guys and i wish the best to every one who was involved! deffo a few sick months! :D.

Hopefully, they will be able to remain at the same level and push on to even bigger and better things.

The Lineup at i36 was:

raisins
jaii
Mr K
Shadowman
