Over the past few years Corin has had experience in numerous areas of competitive video gaming, and has a wide range of knowledge and experience in this area.
Currently working for Heaven Media Ltd. as Technical Editor, Corin has extensive experience in other areas of work, including IT consultancy, editorial work, project management and both the creation and management of gaming events, and is in particular a mine of knowledge about the CSS scene.
"Since Lan79 almost a month ago we've seen a number of roster changes, and I think they've had a bigger impact on the rankings than that one event that took place in May.
With Crack out of the way Reason can regain their second place, although a number of teams will be after the top two spots over the next couple of months.
RedLine were the team who impressed me the most this month, with their third place at Lan79 - which shouldn't have been a surprise, given the calibre of their players.
Richard comes from a journalistic background and has covered e-sports in print, on radio and television having worked for such organisations as GotFrag and CGS. He is the current content manager of Cadred where he contributes a weekly e-sports column. He was this year’s captain of Team UK in the ClanBase Nations Cup, although he is semi-retired from playing.
He now concentrates on writing and management. Over the years he has worked for Zboard, xciteuk, Infused and is currently based with 4kings.
This month was always going to bring about an interesting top 10 given that a large part of the European scene has altered radically from the previous month. Roster changes, new pick-ups from organisations and teams completely folding altogether always meant we were going to see a lot of new teams in the list. It was always likely to be the case that some teams climbed up the table not based on merit but because teams that were above them no longer exist or have put together as of yet unproven line-ups.
One thing is for certain both redLine and mTw will have improved on the last month’s placings, with the former having an impressive LAN79 event and the latter winning their domestic EPS league stages – no mean feat – and going into the LAN finals, as well as some notable victories in other competitions. If they can get to some LANs in the Summer season you can expect that position to improve even further down the road.

Paul "ReDeYe" Chaloner
Appearing on WorldsOldestHuman.com isn't all that Paul has to his name, he is also one of the most knowledgable and experienced men in eSports.
With a CV that won't fit into an average word processor, Paul is a director of QuadV, a broadcasting company he founded at the start of 2007.
Paul has been commentating for six years now, has appeared on major television networks in three continents, and is one of the most in-demand experts in gaming.
"Though we did have one of the year's biggest events for CSS earlier this month, it already seems so long ago.
Over the next few months we'll see events including UKeSA finals, TeX.dk, OOF, i37 and more, so we should see lots of these teams challenging for the top few spots, and who knows, maybe one of them can find it in them to overtake VeryGames.
We've had a few team changes this month, so as players gradually find there ways into new line-ups I'm sure we'll see even more great teams in the near future."
Robert came in touch with eSports two years ago and has become more and more interested in the CSS scene since then, and also loves to play the game himself.
Last year he started working for the up and coming German eSports site eFever.de and helped to make it to what it is today. With some changes coming across in the last couple of weeks he quit this job after almost two years.
Nevertheless, Robert says that he will "give himself a go as a free agent from now on, so you better watch out!"
"The LAN79 has exactly been what everyone was expecting: one of the best and most important lans of the year. Having that said it's no surprise that quite some teams made personal decisions after the event in case it didn't go their way.
Most notably Dignitas, 4Kings and Crack Clan changed their roster more or less due to an unsatisfying performance in France. But whereas the Brits basically screwed up I can see the Scandinavians returning in the top team positions. ROCCAT, MoD and zOo are already back and I'm sure it's just a matter of time for the Swedish HJULAFTON.
Same goes for Team ALTERNATE finally having attended an international lan again. Even though they didn't finish top3 they showed a solid performance which should give them a clear boost in the Cadred Top10 Ranking for May. "
Jason "Jay" Atkins
Since starting his shoutcasting career at the now defunct Team Sportscast Network Jay is now a quadV shoutcaster.
Having covered a multitude of games his primary focus has been on CSS and CS 1.6. In the 2 years he has been covering CSS he has seen most if not all of Europe and North America's top teams duke it out in countless leagues and LAN's.
Jay has been around eSports for 5 years now, and broadcasting for 3. In his time he has seen leagues, teams and organisations both flurish and fail.
"I know I said this last month but hopefully I have seen the last rat logs for awhile and rosters can start to settle down. With ESL and UKeSA getting ready to gear up the re-adjusted rosters have some tests ahead. With Verygames seemingly entrenched in that number #1 spot and no challengers within site. I would have to say that the only real changes this month are due to the roster shenanigans.
With Dignitas picking up Kritikal they now have a dedicated player who should help with their lack of consistency, that being said however it remains to be seen if the Dignitas squad can attain the form that Salvo had during Season 2 of the CGS. With the new 4-Kings pick up of Einbatzen they finally have a squad that will be capable of lan results, weather they will have the needed support however remains to be seen. More questions that answers perhaps but the Top 10 is always a subjective affair anyway. "
