The 4Kings organisation announce today the removal of the Team Fortress 2 roster with immediate effect.

Roughly a month ago the 4kings organisation picked up a WOTR team that at the time were ranked 3rd in Cadreds TF2 European rankings. Since moving over they haven't shown the same kind of form they had previously, sitting in 7th place in ETF2 after losing 6 out of 8 of their fixtures including being completely destroyed by TCM and YoYoTech, as well as losing to Crack Clan. They also put on the same kind of lacklustre performance in the recent UKeSA Dell XPS Premiership TF2 Finals.

The following statement from Team Manager, Richard "Dr.Gonzo" Lewis has been issued regarding the teams release:

"It saddens me to announce this today and I'd just like to be absolutely clear that this is nothing to do with the teams current run of form, or any other reason that people may wish to speculate about. We have taken the decision to remove this team for reasons that will remain completely internal, but that ultimately presents the best option for the organisation and the other squads at this time. It is a measure I've never had to take before in my years in e-sports management and certainly something I hope not to have to again. However, this does not mean that we are not wishing the players well in their search for a new organisation and I hope that they have taken something from their time within 4kings, as brief as it was. 4kings is committed to supporting the TF2 scene and developing the talent within it and we shall now begin our search for a new team."
