In case of mixed and new teams, decisions will be based on the general skill level of the team's players. Participants are required to purchace a ticket to the ASSEMBLY Summer 2009 event.

Teams hopeful of being invited to compete in the competition can send their teams name, clan tag, and a complete list of players with nicknames, real names and SteamID's to 3d-challenge[at]tf2.fi. Deadline for the signups is Sunday 19th July 2009.
