mTw Pick Up EPS Finalist choZen
@ Scene news channel

In a surprising, yet without doubt a positive, move for the German and European scene, mTw celebrate its return to the Call of Duty community today.

At a moment in time where teams are fighting for support at different homes and the subsequent folding of multiple teams, there is a positive light shining on through, as earlier today the German team, choZen, have found a new home at last. They will form an integral part of the famed organisation, mTw, from now on, who, with this move, are counteracting allegations that the team is suffering from financial difficulties.

choZen had been performing very well as of late by winning the main ESL Pro Series in Germany with only one loss. However, their performance in the finals was nothing to write home about, as they took two losses from EnRo Griffins and Competo respectively. This could be attributed to their lack in motivation within the line-up, which is why the team has now opted to bring in a change or two before starting their mTw adventure. Michael "Trigger" Sowa was the first to fall, yet the cause was not his motivation or ingame ability. He has to retreat from gaming due to private issues, which are severe enough to hinder his active stay in gaming. The team then had to replace Eugene "GNZY" Beileman with Marco "duffy" Mayer from Competo.

With the renewed line-up and support, the players themselves will be able to retrieve the necessary motivation and vigour to start their new careers under the mTw flag. Unfortunately, due to scheduling problems with one of the team's players, the boys will be unable to attend any of the Summer LANs and the earliest we might be able to see them on LAN would be at codHR #3, even though that is not yet confirmed at the moment.

Lars Eiben, mTw CEO, had the following to say to Cadred.org:

" The new coverage website myCOD.eu was just the beginning of our Call of Duty engagement. We are really happy about the addition to the mTw roster and believe that the new team will be able to satisfy our expectation on and off the server. For us the CoD scene is just another chapter of modern eSports and addition for everyone. We look forward to a long-term co-operation."

Roman "spow" Stolz made the following statement to Cadred.org:

" Besides many problems in the past 4 weeks there was one thing which helped us not to give up. It's with great pleasure I can announce our partnership with one of the most famous Gaming organisations in the world. mTw.Mindfactory! mTw is working very well, they have a clear structure and they proved us already that they keep their word and will cover our back, even if we have temporarily a little loss of form. We want to thank mTw and Mindfactory for their support and hope for a long and great cooperation."

mTw in Call of Duty 4 features the following faces:

Roman "spow" Stolz (Manager)

Robin "Lynx" Villinger
Steffen "somR" Sommer
Richard "aistrEEEy" Jaborek
Christian "morpH" Müskes
