After it was announced that Andreas "Major" Major had gone to rival Swedish team 30P questions were asked about what H2K would be doing. Those questions have been answered with the announcement they will be effectively folding, only staying together to play out the leagues and competitions they have already begun.

It will come as a bitter blow to the organisation that had only just returned to supporting a CS:S team after a long spell without doing so. It is unclear whether they will be actively pursuing picking up another one.

Team spokesperson Jesper "Cozman" Östlund said the following on the H2K website:

Today it's a sad day for me and H2k, some players decided to leave the team yesterday due some better offers and lack of motivation. I truly understand some of the player’s decision to leave this team and some not. I will be staying in H2k until my contract ends and keep on playing in the leagues that I’ve started. I'm going to play with mixes and stuff online and we won't attend any LANs or anything just keep it online for now.

The management also knew the writing was on the wall according to their Director of Gaming Angelo Baeb:

Captain Jesper told me he needs to talk to me and I knew for a part what was going to be his story. With major leaving us to join 30P, it’s a decision he had to make for his own and I respect his decision. I think when a team fails it’s not always one player or two, it’s all. I wish Major,Kaja,Ptk, Norstedt the best of luck in whatever they decide and I hope they achieve their goals.
