The prize money has been sharply reduced from last years €55,000 which means only the top2 teams from each game will receive their prize money. The ever current financial climate is largely seen as the reason for this move. This means that the CS 1.6 tournament will have a total prize money of €6,000, with CS:S, Warcraft 3 and FIFA 2009 all on €3,000
