Finishing a decent 7/8th at SLAP 19 the Danish Derailed team looked like the only place for them to go was up, however it appears that the team has encountered some difficulties and the lineup has folded.

It is a shame that a team which had so much potential has been lost to the instability of the Danish Scene but all is not lost for the Derailed organisation.

One team's loss is another team's gain however and Derailed is happy to announce the acquisition of Belgian team PIXELSLAVES, who will be representing them in the Benelux ESL Pro Series.

Statement from Mark Marken (Derailed GM) on the Derailed website:

Obviously we are very sad for our Danish team folding after and supreme LAN event at SLAP Live. But these sorts of things happen, but I would like to thank all of the guys for the time they spent in Derailed. But now it is time to move on, and due to that we have decided to take a step in to Belgian scene of Electronic Sports, with picking up PIXELSLAVES. Hopefully, we will have a long and lasting relationship with the Belgian boys and I do hope they will enjoy their time in Derailed.

We'd just like to thank derailed for this opportunity, this move will give us the chance to improve our game and give us the tools needed to accomplish just that. We hope to do some damage with this never presedented lineup of old and new, last lan79 we showed we can compete with the better teams with the old aimazing lineup and imo this one is even better so keep an eye out for us at future lans!
