Tom has been writing about eSports in some shape or form for over 2 years now, and has recently become the Coverage Manager at Cadred.
Having previously been the Editor-in-Chief of ClanBase, he has a lot of experience with online and offline journalism. Now he is focusing his attention on the CoD scene as well as managing all Cadred's Coverage.
Having been to most of the recent events, he is known amongst the CoD4 and CS:S scenes quite well.
"Power Gaming have definitely been the team getting the results over the past 2-3 months, winning the majority of the ESH Cups, and showing that they are a very strong side. They get my number 1 spot now, and hopefully can hold onto it when things start to pick up over the next few months.
Reason Gaming have shown that when they have their full strength lineup they are a threat to a lot of teams. However, they will need to keep practicing if they are going to stand any chance of beating the other teams around.
The middle order could go any way really, with a lot of teams getting good results, such as NCE.i3D, TLR and H2K, and it will be interesting to see how my order will look next month compared to what it is now.
I have brought YoYoTech in as well as mTw as both have shown that they are definitely top 10 sides. If they actually manage to perform well at CIC7 we could see them propelled up the table a bit more.

Graham has been around the Call of Duty scene since it's very birth. He first began making progress in the scene as a ClanBase supervisor back in 2006 and has since worked for the CGS, ESEA, ESH and mainly the ESL, where he has run the UK ESL Pro Series, aswell as working on the ENC and EMS in recent months.
He has since joined the Cadred team to provide even more coverage of CoD4 online and offline and to provide continued support for the community.
"The Top 10 this month is a going to be a weird one with not much activity to base things on. Power Gaming top the list for me, with good wins in the ESH Cups and they are looking strong. Behind them come the likes of H2k, NCE.i3D and TLR all moving up in the ranks this month. All have been looking active and had results in the ESH cups or even the ClanBase Eurocup.
Dignitas, Reason and Fnatic are now in the chasing pack this month due to what has been little to no activity in some cases. However with the strength of their line-ups, and seeding competitions for CIC7 in February and the event in March, we can see these three powerhouses stepping up to the plate, and up the rankings next month. Rounding off the rankings for me are YYT, SPEEDLINK and Epsilon."
Jetset, a 22 year old Dutch student currently in his final year of his bachelor studies, has been part of one of the biggest CoD portals since early 2005.
As the current director of content for Tek-9, he has put hours of time and effort into the CoD scene, giving it the attention it needed.
As one of the most highly respected journalists in the CoD scene, he certainly knows who the top teams are.
"With no real recent competitions to compare the performances of Europe’s top teams, I can see my list change quite a bit after the Crossfire Intel Challenge 7, which is going to be an amazing event. fnatic however have proven they deserve the number one spot, at least until CIC7. Power Gaming are a good second, followed by H2k, Dignitas, Reason Gaming, YoYoTech.fr and mTw. After that it becomes rather complicated with a lot of teams that could end up on the places 8 to 10 or have the potential to do so. Currently, I’ve decided to go for TLR, SPEEDLINK and NeXt."
Will "wizinium" Hunter
Will is a 19 year old student who is currently completing a Business Studies and Accounting Degree in Northern Ireland and has been involved in the COD scene since the release of COD2.
He is currently Community Manager over at TEK9 Networks along with being Head Admin Of Multiplay COD4 Pickup and quite recently has been picked up as a Esports Heaven COD4 Admin hosting numerous One Night Wonder Cups.
"This will be a very interesting top 10 as it based on results, but there have been little results to go by. I based my top10 on the most recent Esports Heaven cups + other competitions, activitity of teams on preinvite and invite (the whole idea of the more you play the better you become, even tho it's not always the case) and the power in each of the line ups.
This month I have put Power Gaming #1, they are one of the most active teams aswell winning the ESH Roccat Cup and coming 2nd in CBEC. From 2-10 I found it very hard to chose between teams as all of them could easily overtake each other within a fews weeks and the fact there are little results to actually go on. In my top10 I have placed NCE up the ladder compared to last months ranking as they came 2nd in ESH Roccat cup aswell as winning CBEC. TLR have also been put up the ranking based on the fact they have been active, gaining good results and are bonding more as a team. Reason and fnatic have dropped down the rankings based on the fact they have little results to go on, not being as active as other teams within the top10 but do have the power in the lineups to reach the top again. YoYotech, SPEEDLINK and Infused have broken into my top 10 as they have potential, have been very active in the preinvite and invite channels and will start to bond and will start to bring in more results.

Bo "kleineman" Kleinhesselink
Bo is one of those players who quit playing and stepped up to help run LAN events.
He has adminned the biggest lans during 2008 and is now back in 2010 to admin the big events again.
Bo is also known for making custom maps like mp_vallente (COD2) and currently in development mp_dahman (COD4).
With the experience that Bo has picked up while playing and adminning top tournaments, he is fit for ranking the top10.
"Well, this is a tough one. There has not been much activity in the last 2 months regarding big events. In order to make a top10 we have to use the last "prediction" top10, results from ClanBase EuroCup, various Esports Heaven cups and line-up stability.
I chose Power Gaming as my #1 because of their results in the past months. A 2nd place in CBEC and winning the ESH Roccat SDMS cup. They are a team on form and the one to beat right now. We see the usual teams like fnatic, dignitas and reason gaming represented in the top5 as well. Next Century have been moved up in the list for me. Although they changed 1 player in their lineup after their ClanBase EuroCup win, they are still performing.
