Tom has been writing about eSports in some shape or form for over 2 years now, and has recently become the Coverage Manager at Cadred.
Having previously been the Editor-in-Chief of ClanBase, he has a lot of experience with online and offline journalism. Now he is focusing his attention on the CoD scene as well as managing all Cadred's Coverage.
Having been to most of the recent events, he is known amongst the CoD4 and CS:S scenes quite well.
"From February's results in the Esports Heaven and the CIC7 seeding tournament, the top positions are still closely up for grabs. Power Gaming are looking great, and dignitas with Germaine are looking very good as well.
The rest of the order is not as certain, and it will almost certainly be a more robust top 10 after CIC7. This weekend will show us just how good the different teams are. "
Graham has been around the Call of Duty scene since it's very birth. He first began making progress in the scene as a ClanBase supervisor back in 2006 and has since worked for the CGS, ESEA, ESH and mainly the ESL, where he has run the UK ESL Pro Series, aswell as working on the ENC and EMS in recent months.
He has since joined the Cadred team to provide even more coverage of CoD4 online and offline and to provide continued support for the community.
"The top 10 is probably the toughest right now before the first major event in what seems like forever. In February the main event has certainly been the CIC7 seeding tournament, with the Western Digital challenge and Sapphire challenge also culminating too.
My top 10 has run in sets of three's, with fnatic, Power Gaming and Dignitas taking the first 3 spots. Following them are YoYoTech, H2k and Reason Gaming. Then a final four with NCE.i3D, mTw, TheLastResort and SPEEDLINK."
Jetset, a 22 year old Dutch student currently in his final year of his bachelor studies, has been part of one of the biggest CoD portals since early 2005.
As the current director of content for Tek-9, he has put hours of time and effort into the CoD scene, giving it the attention it needed.
As one of the most highly respected journalists in the CoD scene, he certainly knows who the top teams are.
"Not a lot has changed compared to my list back in January, although I feel Team YoYoTech deserve to be slightly higher based on their recent performances. Other than that, Team Dignitas, Power Gaming, fnatic and H2k currently complete my top 4, but I feel that the Crossfire Intel Challenge 7 will be an important indicator on where these teams stand in next month's rankings"
Will "wizinium" Hunter
Will is a 19 year old student who is currently completing a Business Studies and Accounting Degree in Northern Ireland and has been involved in the COD scene since the release of COD2.
He is currently Community Manager over at TEK9 Networks along with being Head Admin Of Multiplay COD4 Pickup and quite recently has been picked up as a Esports Heaven COD4 Admin hosting numerous One Night Wonder Cups.
"After very few results in the previous month we have seen a surge of competitions which makes the rankings alot easier this time around. Power Gaming hold onto the top spot after winning the Esports Heaven Westen Digital cup, PC World Tournament and winnning Fragomatic are will be number 1 before heading into cc7. Next we have Team Dignitas who have had some steady results and being followed closely behind by fnatic. Both teams have been doing well in various Esports Heaven Cups but Dignitas did do better in seeding tournament which earns them a place above fnatic.
From 4-10 is pretty random as most teams are finishing high in the Esports Heaven tournaments and most have the potential to take over each other at any given time. SPEED-LINK have been moved into my top 10 after having come second in the PC World tournament and 3-4 in the Sapphire challenge. With cc7 coming up we will have a clearer picture for the top10 so lets wait for next months ranking. I shall see everyone at CiC7, good luck!"
Bo "kleineman" Kleinhesselink
Bo is one of those players who quit playing and stepped up to help run LAN events.
He has adminned the biggest lans during 2008 and is now back in 2010 to admin the big events again.
Bo is also known for making custom maps like mp_vallente (COD2) and currently in development mp_dahman (COD4).
With the experience that Bo has picked up while playing and adminning top tournaments, he is fit for ranking the top10.
"Kleineman was to busy with CIC7 preparation to give a statement."
