After a few months of polls and voting from communities all over the world the WCG has announced what games will be represented at the 2010 event.

The WCG has been known to throw a spanner in the works for the 1.6 community having twice dropped the game for other versions of counterstrike in the past. That won't be the case at this years event after a spectacular tournament last year which was won by Polish side AGAiN, it is another boost for the 1.6 community that after 10 years as the benchmark for competitive FPS games it shows no signs of being replaced.

It was surprising to see no Starcraft title on the list but this likely to be down to waiting on the release of Starcraft 2 as opposed to the decision to not have it at this year's event, although there is no indication as to what they will decide.

Here is the preliminary game list for this years WCG, taking place in LA at the end of 2010.
