Thu, 09 Feb 2012 10:55:17 +0000The ESL have yet to announce what dates or venues the events will be hosted at, but if season four is anything to go by it looks like it's going to be a treat. The fourth season of the IEM had a total prize purse of $500,000 and hosted events in Dubai, Chengdu and Cologne.
During the prize ceremony at the IEM World finals at the weekend George Woo, marketing manager for the Intel Corporation announced that there would be another year of IEM events to look forward to.
He said:
We are going to have season five. Look forward to seeing you guys out there following us for another great season.
