Today the admins running Clanbase EuroCup XV: Call of Duty 2 tournament announced the long waited details about the upcoming playoff phase. As the admins confirmed earlier only two clans from each group will advance to the playoffs and that means our own Call of Duty 2 team didn't make it to the playoffs as they were ranked 3rd in their group.

After a long time, we finally arrive at the CS:Source EuroCup XV: Lower Bracket Final with two of Europe's top teams.

Four teams managed clear their spot in EuroCup's XV semi-finals. Insignia Cadre,
atrocious, rotmilan beating The Last Resort and supremz beating copyriot. Atrocious did already overran rotmilan which means in final will be atrocious and
Insignia Cadre or supremz.

It's time for EuroCup XV Day of Defeat: Source coverage! On third week map was dod_lennon, which is very new to many clans. And on fifth week map was dod_salerno, which is one most popular map in the game. In fifth week surprising was copyriot losing to supremz with three caps.

On last week we saw Logitech.fi, with their new addition sacrim, taking down the german pride SPEED-LINK in a very close game on mp_matmata as it ended 13-10 in favor of the finnish team. The facelifted Dignitas were sad to notice that the chech clan eSuba was better this time with 13-8 score.

Right in the beginning of previous week we saw Team Impact suprisingly taking down the CPC2 winning team Serious Gaming with a score 13-8 while runner ups of CPC2 Team Logitech was having hard time playing against hardMethod Gaming but managed to win the match by 13-11. The facelifted SPEED-LINK started their EuroCup XV with a promising win over Team EDiT.benQ with 13-6 score.

The second week of Eurocup XV is now played. Best match in whole week was definitely
rotmilan vs. Insignia Cadre , which GameTV hosted and which was really nice to watch. After ID-gaming folded they left an open spot to Group A and n!faculty pick four additions which they left behind.

The 15th edition of Clanbase EuroCup is ready to begin with 6000€ up for graps and lan finals to be held somewhere in Europe during August. The EuroCup had two qualifiers and the latest one had a rather odd outcome since the clan who won the qualifier, TAKECARE was caught using a player called Popi whos IP adress didn't match with IP's on Clanbase and on Game-Violations logs. The french team has since replaced with nEcro.

The first week of EuroCup XV is over! Sadly after ID-gaming decided to fold, so there is a empty spot to fill. The admins hasn't made any decision yet. And n!faculty has recently lost a couple members but luckily they've also added a few more.

After the Call of Duty 2 team of suXus announced its departure from the organization and not taking part to the EuroCup, the admin panel had to decide what to do. To take a clan from the previous qualifier week or arrange a new one. The admins have choosen the latter one and are having a 16 clan qualifier round for the last spot for EuroCup XV.
