I've never really achieved anything within gaming, although I had an interesting time playing America's Army my first competitive game. I played at a decent standard for several years but for me I lost that competitive spirit and seeked a new challenge. Broadcasting was definately the way forward and from that perspective I guess you could argue that broadcasting big matches is an achievement. The LANs I have casted so far:
