CROSSHAIR FOR NADE LINEUP BIND
LEARN HOW TO SETUP YOUR CROSSHAIR FOR NADE LINEUPS
Most grenade lineups require players to line up their crosshairs with certain textures or models on the map. The issue is that people typically have a very small crosshair and so it is easy to make mistakes when doing this. By creating a bind that stretches the crosshair out to the edge of the screen these errors can be completely eliminated.
While this bind looks relatively complicated, setting it up is very easy. Simply enter this command into your developer console and it will function right away. If you don’t want to have to do this every time you play the game, then you can add this in to your config too.One important thing to note is that you have to change the crosshair size specified in the script to whatever yours is currently, otherwise it will not reset properly.
This bind is a combination of four different commands. Each command will change the size of the crosshair based upon what weapon slot is currently activated. Whenever the first three weapon slots are activated (primary, secondary, and knife) the crosshair is set to its default value. Alternatively, whenever the fourth weapon slot is activated (grenade) the crosshair is set to be stretched to the edges of the screen.
TOGGLE CROSSHAIR FOR NADE LINEUP
Instead of having the crosshair bound so that it is always large whenever a grenade is out, it is possible to toggle this functionality on and off. Again, the crosshair size still needs to be customised so that it matches what your current value is. This command can be entered directly into the developer console, or into your configif you don’t want to enter it every time you play.
